A body was found at the Talon Loadout facility near Twilight in Boone County early Tuesday morning.
Authorities in Boone County say Herbert Price, Jr. was found electrocuted. It happened after they say he was trying to cut copper wire from a utility pole. The pole fell and connected with 7,200 volts of mine live wire.
