A disturbing scene in Charleston after a man commits suicide in front of his family by jumping off of a highway bridge.
Investigators say the man died at the hospital after he jumped from the Leon Sullivan overpass just before 2pm Thursday.
Sgt. Duke Jordan says the man was driving his family when he pulled to the side of
Interstate 64-77 near the Capitol Market, stepped out of the vehicle and jumped over a concrete barrier.
