Kentucky State Police arrest a man they say had sexual interactions with a minor.
Troopers say John Rowe, 28, of Grayson is charged with 1st degree Sodomy. They arrested him at his residence around midnight Thursday.
KSP says the victim in this case is under the age of 12. The incident allegedly happened back in December of 2011.
The arrest comes after an extensive investigation by the KSP and the case remains under investigation. He remains in the Carter County Detention Center on a $75,000 dollar bond.
