A Huntington woman is in jail after she allegedly set fire to her ex boyfriend's car.
According to a release from the Huntington Police it happened Friday morning just before 11 in the 200 block of West 8th Avenue in Huntington.
That's where police say Tanise Fayne Jackson, 29, of Huntington set fire to a 1997 Mercedes Benz that belongs to her former boyfriend.
He told police that Jackson broke a window out of his car Thursday night. Then Friday morning, with his car on fire, he saw her leaving the area in a Maroon Chevy Impala. Police arrested Jackson on Sycamore Street.
She is charged with one count of 3rd degree Arson, destruction of property, and violating a domestic violence petition.
