An arrest has been made in a double arson that has left many without a home in Cabell County.
The fire Tuesday heavily damaged two apartment complex buildings on the 600th block of 13th Street.
Huntington Police say Lammar Mallet, of Detroit, set fire to the two buildings.
Mallet lived where the fire started.
Police say after setting the fire, Mallet fled to an Ashland motel in a taxi. That's where officers caught up to him.
Mallet is charged with first degree arson and being a fugitive.
