A Sissonville man is behind bars accused of sexually assaulting a nine year old girl.
23-year-old Justin Hamrick is charged with first degree sexual assault.
Police say the girl told a family member that Hamrick had touched her inappropriately last year.
Hamrick allegedly admitted to police that he did touch the child.
Hamrick is currently in the South Central Regional Jail on a $10,000 bond.
