A Charleston teenager accused in a double murder has been found not guilty.
Prosecutors say James Daugherty shot and killed Bruce Duling and Carrie Pointier after they confronted him after discovering he had sold them fake drugs. The victims were shot inside a car in Kanawha City.
The defense argues drug related messages on the defendant's cell phone don't prove he was the triggerman.
A prosecution witness testified Daugherty admitted to him he killed both people.
