We have another attempted abduction to tell you about, this time out of Mingo County.
It happened early Friday near 5th and 6th Avenues in Williamson.
According to reports, a 17 year old girl was walking to school to catch the bus when a man started following her. The man allegedly grabbed the girl and held a gun to her head. A passing car is believed to have scared the man off.
This is the 3rd alleged attempted abduction in just one week. A teenager in Kenova says a man in a white van tried to kidnap her, and just yesterday, a St. Albans teen reported a similar incident.
The suspect in the Mingo case is described as a white man in his 30's or 40's, with a beard.
If you have any information, call the Williamson Police Department at (304) 235-2570.
