The Southern Ohio Drug Task Force arrests two people on meth charges.
Crystal Collier and Troy Munion are both charged with manufacturing meth within 100 feet of children.
Deputies found all the ingredients used to make meth in a home along State Route 139 in Portsmouth Tuesday evening. Collier's three children have been removed from the residence.
