Two people were busted Thursday night at a working meth lab in the small community of Diamond.
Melvin Butcher of Winfrede and Amanda Fassnacht of Shrewsbury face multiple meth-related charges including attempting to operate a meth lab and the illegal store of Anhydrous Ammonia.
They were discovered in an outbuilding after troopers got a tip and ended up kicking in the door. Court documents say Butcher confessed and that Fassnacht implicated Butcher and a third person, Harry "Eddie" Holstein in the operation of the lab.
