A 30-year-old Charleston man faces three breaking and entering charges after allegedly taking wallets and purses from Kanawha City businesses
James Edward Russell was arrested Tuesday night in connection with a two day crime spree in a 12 block area.
He allegedly walked into businesses pretending to be a customer and then took the purses from employee only areas of a building.
Russell remains at the South Central Regional Jail on a $150,000 dollar bond.
