A Sissonville man convicted of molesting his five-year-old niece is going to be spending a lot of time behind bars.
A judge sentenced Brandon Long to 40 to 145 years in prison.
Even if Long completes the sentence, he will be subject to 50 years of supervised release.
Charges involving Long and the same victim were dropped in Jackson County as part of a plea deal.
Long claimed to have found religion in jail and asked for a 15 year sentence, but the judge gave him the maximum possible under his earlier guilty pleas.
