It's an amazing story of survival in Kiahsville. A remote hollow in Wayne County was pulverized by Friday's tornado. News crews were unable to get to the damaged area until Tuesday afternoon.
Sarah and Seth Kelly and their family survived the twister. The Kelly's say the tornado bounced around in the hollow for well over a minute, but left a lot of damage behind. Sarah Kelly says she and her brother in-law were on top of the mountain clinging to one another... for life.
The Kelly's were finally able to go back to what's left of their home after the National Guard spent four days clearing the dirt road of debris.
FEMA is expected to assess the damage and see they can help get the family members' lives back on track.
