Eyewitness News has learned that Mason County Sheriff David Anthony has resigned after a plea agreement. Anthony was charges with a domestic incident as well as potential financial wrongdoing. A plea hearing is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. at the Mason County Courthouse. The interim sheriff temporarily in charge is Charlie Stearns.
