An Ohio substitute teacher has been arrested for compelling prostitution in Ohio.
Scioto County Sheriff Marty Donini says they arrested William J. Holtzapfel, age 30, of Wheelersburg.
The Sheriff says his office received a call from a concerned caller stating that they had information that a substitute teacher had been approaching male students wanting to pay them for oral sex.
Scioto County Sheriff Marty Donini stated that there could be more victims in this case and he encourages all victims to contact the Sheriff's Office.
Holtzapfel has been charged with one count of compelling prostitution, a felony of the 2nd degree.
