A Lincoln County man is arrested for threatening a Secretary of State investigator and FBI agent at gunpoint.
James Metheny was arrested at his home in Lincoln County Tuesday afternoon.
The Secretary of State investigator and the FBI agent attempted to question Metheny in connection to the May 2010 Primary Election. Then Metheny allegedly showed a handgun and threatened the Secretary of State investigator and the FBI agent. They were not hurt.
