A Huntington woman is in jail after deputies find three children in a house littered with drugs and garbage.
According to the criminal complaint, Cabell County deputies found 20-year old Laura Gue and the children at a home in the four thousand block of Green Valley Road in Huntington late last week.
Deputies say the children were sleeping together in a bedroom, just feet away from loose marijuana. Beer bottles, pill residue, and a knife were also found inside the residence. Court documents report the entire house was covered in trash and not suitable for children to live in.
Another suspect, Jeremy Thomas was arrested at the scene for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
Gue faces child neglect charges and is set to appear in Magistrate Court next week.
