A mom from Ohio is behind bars, accused of shooting her kids up with heroin.
35-year-old Shantel Parker, from Hocking County, was arrested at Ohio State University Hospital.
Deputies say Parker shot her two daughters up with heroin between 50 and 80 times in the last three months. The girls are ages 14 and 16.
The girls allegedly showed up at Logan Elm High School under the influence and someone called police.
Deputies got a search warrant and searched Parker's home, and found evidence of drug use.
Her neighbors say it doesn't surprise them.
"We've seen them standing out there getting high together. I've seen the kids getting high before getting on the bus and different things," says neighbor Bobby Fox.
