A Boyd County, Kentucky woman is facing felony charges after she allegedly and fraudulently filled prescriptions from her work.
State Police say 49-year old Donessa L. McCarty of Catlettsburg, is charged with 86 counts of obtaining a controlled substance by fraud, false statement, or forgery.
Troopers say McCarty worked for Dr. Touma's office in Ashland between May 2010 and February 2012. That's when McCarty allegedly posed as another employee when she called in to refill prescriptions for Hydrocodone to two area Walmart stores.
