A babysitter is behind bars after Troopers say she hit a child with a wooden spoon.
State Troopers say 56-year old Drema Harless was supposed to be watching the 9-year old, when she hit the child. The child received bruises and swelling.
Harless is charged with felony child abuse. She remains in Western Regional Jail.
