More than 700 nurses gather at the State Capitol in Charleston WV, for Nurse Unity Day.
The goal is to meet and educate Lawmakers about the importance of health care related issues.
This year, the association hopes to get a tax credit for nursing faculty passed and increase the amount of care nurse practitioners can provide.
Nurses can get more information on being a Nurse Legislative Leader and register for Nurses Unity Day at the Legislature on the WVNA website: http://www.wvnurses.org.
