A guest at a Charleston hotel faces felony child neglect charges after she allegedly admitted to snorting Xanax.
Court Documents say a worker at the Red Roof Inn noticed Kimberly Caldwell staggering and spotted an unconscious man hanging half way out of the door of her car with a child inside.
When officers got to the scene, they say other children were sleeping on the floor of the hotel room with little food and one appeared to be sick.
Child Protective Services has placed the kids with a relative.
