Kanawha County Deputies arrest three people for driving under the influence during a DUI checkpoint in the St. Albans area late Thursday night into Friday morning.
According to a release from Deputies, 54-year old Robin Lynn O'Neal of St. Albans refused to take the intoxilyzer exam; 44-year old Julius W. Hays of St. Albans blew a .231, and 31-year old Shannon M. Mullins, of South Charleston registered a .090. All three are charged with DUI.
