Preying on the innocence of a mentally challenged woman, a former juvenile probation officer is convicted of sexual battery.
This type of victimization is becoming more common and advocates for these helpless victims want it to stop.
We follow the story of 20 year old Patricia McCloud, a brave young woman who is the victim of a horrible sex crime. While she may look like a 20 year old young woman, Meigs County prosecutors say she has the mental capacity of a 6 year old.
Patricia shares her story of when close family friend, Shawn Petrie lived with them and how he abused her trust by taking advantage of her sexually.
Petrie plead guilty to sexual battery and will spend 3 years in prison and register as a sex offender.
