Police do not believe foul play is a factor in the death of a man who's body was found near the train tracks in Hurricane Monday evening.
Someone found the body of a man in his 50's near the tracks behind the Fruth Pharmacy. No word on the cause of death, but Hurricane Mayor Scott Edwards says the man was not hit by a train.
Edwards would not release a name but says the man was from Hurricane.
Last week, 16-year-old Hurricane High student Jacob Ball was hit and killed by a train near the school.
