Charleston Mayor Danny Jones unveils the four new shops coming to the Town Center Mall. Fashion store White House/Black Market, handbag specialists Coach, beauty retailer Sephora and women's fashion and accessory store Francesca's Collections will be grouped together to form a cluster of shops for women.
Mall shoppers, like Tiffany Chin of Charleston, say the announcement is good news.
The mall is coming off of a year in which it leased out 52-thousand square feet to new businesses like Books-A-Million and Alumni Hall and it moved existing locations into bigger areas, like Justice.
