A Kanawha County woman is behind bars accused of operating a mobile meth lab in a mall parking lot.
Troopers say they busted Melody Legg in the Quincy Mall parking lot.
Troopers were responding to a shoplifting call. When they questioned Legg about the alleged incident, they saw and smelled a backpack in the bed of her trunk. When they asked her if there was a meth lab in the backpack, she said yes.
Legg is charged with attempting to operate a meth lab and obtaining psuedoephederine with intent to make meth.
