A Huntington man is charged with malicious wounding after police say he shot another man while his child waited in the car. Huntington Police say it happened Thursday night around 11.
21 year old Greg Truslow walked into Cabell Huntington Hospital with several gunshot wounds to his arm. According to a news release from the Huntington Police Department, Truslow told them he was shot at the Sunoco on 20th Avenue and 9th Street.
And it didn't take officers long to catch up with the suspect, 26 year old Stefon Ferguson of Huntington. They found him in the 100 block West of 7th Avenue around 1:30am.
Ferguson is charged with Malicious Wounding, Wanton and Child Endangerment. Ferguson apparently had his young son with him at the time of the shooting.
