A man accused in a string of pizza delivery man robberies is back in court, but police say his last attempt landed him in the hospital.
Police say robberies are nothing new for DaSean Saunders, 20. He was arrested January 20, 2012 after allegedly trying to rob a Husson's Pizza driver at the Sable Point Apartment in Teays Valley. Police say that driver shot Saunders before Saunders could shoot him.
Saunders is also accused of a string of pizza delivery drivers in Charleston, and will be in court Thursday in Kanawha County to face those charges.
Putnam County Magistrate Kim Blair found probable cause to send his case in Teays Valley to the grand jury.
