SUSPECT SEACH Kanawha Detectives Narrow Search For Fatal Hit And Run Driver

Kanawha County Sheriff's detectives need your help finding the driver of a car that hit and killed a man in Elkview and then fled the scene.
Dennis James, 47, was crossing the street on Elk River Road around 11:20 p.m. Friday.
The suspect's car fled, but detectives have narrowed their focus to two vehicle types involved in the fatal hit and run.
The suspect's car is believed to be either a 2005-2010 Chevrolet Cobalt or 2007-2010 Pontiac G5.
Detectives are asking the public to be aware of anyone who has recently purchased driver's side parts, or anyone who has owned one of these cars and sold it.
