A local Sheriff who is facing 19 counts of embezzlement charges and child neglect wants to be Sheriff again.
Mason county Sheriff David Anthony has filed papers seeking a second term in office, but whether he wins will be up voters. Right now he is facing numerous charges including child neglect domestic assault and unauthorized use of a government purchasing card.
Anthony was arrested in last month for allegedly firing a handgun in the direction of his 13-year-old son.
