If you visit the Park and Ride in Putnam County, you'll find plastic pieces from cars and broken windshield wipers scattered throughout the lot.
The main suspects, believe it or not, are ravens.
"Do you wanna know whenever you see a big black bird that usually means death? I thought...oh my God! Don't tell me that," said Putnam County resident, Paula Harbert.
Paula Harbert recently fell victim to the brazen birds.
"I looked up and saw these two gigantic black birds were on my passenger windshield wiper and couldn't understand what they were doing," explained Harbert.
She eventually realized the ravens were tearing the rubber off her windshield wipers. The next day, her husband's too.
Several complaints have been made, but since ravens are federally protected, it's not legal to get rid of them.
"They have found something that is entertaining to them and they are territorial. They cannot be taken or possessed even alive without a permit from the US Fishing Wildlife Services," said USDA Wildlife Biologist, John Houben.
Some residents aren't even worried about the ravens.
"Birds are going to do stuff like that. I mean, are you going to tell a bear to stop pooping in the woods? It's nature," said resident, Harry Machado.
But Paula's hoping her encounters will be nevermore.
"I mean, I'm always looking out to see if they're back again," explained Harbert.
