Cabell County Magistrate Candidate Arrested After Bar Fight

A candidate for Cabell County magistrate has been arrested after allegedly being involved in a fight outside of a Huntington bar.
27-year-old Paul Qualls is charged with public intoxication, assault by threat and disorderly conduct.
Qualls reportedly threatened police officers when they got to the scene of the fight.
Qualls was taken to the Western Regional Jail, but has bonded out.
Qualls filed to run for magistrate on January 9th.
