Two people are shaken up, but not seriously hurt after a rollover accident on I-64 in Dunbar Monday morning.
Police say a vehicle hit a utility trailer that an SUV was carrying, causing the SUV to crash into a concrete barricade in the construction area on the Dunbar - South Charleston Bridge - and overturned. The vehicle that struck the SUV took off.
Both the driver and passenger of the SUV crawled out through the sun roof. Dispatchers say the slow lane was shut down while crews cleared the scene, but all lanes are now reopened.
