West Virginia industrialist, John Raese, is seeking a rematch with U.S. Senator Joe Manchin.
The multi-millionaire Republican filed candidacy papers today for the May 8th primary.
Manchin beat Raese by ten percentage points in the 2010 special election after the death of Robert C. Byrd.
