The body of a woman found in a burned out car at Coonskin Park is not being considered a crime.
The Kanawha County Sheriff's Office now know the identity of that woman, but are not releasing her name out of respect for the family.
Joggers saw the Pontiac G6 on fire by the tennis courts around 4pm Tuesday.
The victim's body was found in the back seat.

The body of a woman was found in a burned out car at Coonskin Park.
It happened around 4 o'clock Tuesday. Investigators say people jogging in the park called 911 to report a car on fire near the tennis courts.
The West Virginia Air National Guard Fire Department and Pinch Volunteer Fire Department put out that fire.
They found a body in the back seat of the Pontiac G6. Investigators say they are not treating this as a criminal investigation.
