It won't be long before low income West Virginians can apply for heating help. The Department of Health and Human Resources will be taking applications for the Low Income Energy Assistance Program from January 17-27.
To get help, you have to prove your income, household size and whether you pay a heating bill. You can apply at any DHHR office, community action agencies or senior centers operated by any area agency on aging. You can also apply on-line at www.WVinroads.org.
