A New York man wanted in the death of his girlfriend's baby girl is back in Kentucky.
Kentucky State Police say Brian Brewster also known as "Trinity" waived his extradition and was brought to Kentucky late last week. Brewster is charged with manslaughter. Troopers say the toddler's mother, Lakyn Jobe, left her 16-month old daughter, Cally Jobe, in Brewsters care.
The little girl died of head injuries back in the summer.
