CAR ACCIDENT Morning Accident Shuts Down Route 60

An accident in Kanawha County sends one person to the hospital and shuts down a busy roadway.
The accident happened on Route 60 east in Campbell's Creek around 9am Sunday.
We're told the woman lost control of her car and hit the median. Witnesses say she was thrown from the vehicle and was unconscious for at least 15 to 20 minutes. She was taken to the hospital and her condition is unknown at this time.
Route 60 was shut down for around 30 minutes while crews cleaned up the wreckage.
