New businesses opening up include K and K Home Furnishings, Easy Spirit, Mattress Warehouse and Mobile Now.
Collectibles Etc. and Salvage Yard are also relocating in the Mall.
Seasonal shops include Magic Makers Halloween Shop and a holiday Toys R Us store.
There will also be free Wi-Fi internet access now at Center Court.
