Three people are in jail and another is on the loose after state troopers find a meth lab in St. Albans.
State police were called out to the house on a tip about a stolen ATV.
They found the ATV on the property, and when they went inside the house, they found meth-making materials.
Drew Holstein took off into the woods when police arrived.
But they did arrest Kimberly Giffin, Robert Sampson Jr. and Tommy Sampson and charged them each with attempting to operate a meth lab. Holstein has been arrested three times for manufacturing meth in the last year.
He faces additional charges for allegedly stealing the ATV and attempting to operate a clandestine lab.
If you've seen Drew Holstein, contact your local police.
