Nearly 4 thousand children in the U.S. die every year from cancer.
It's projects like the St. Jude Dream Home that helps raise money to find life saving cures.
We here at WCHS and FOX 11 are very excited to be a part of the St. Jude Dream Home giveaway for the 4th year in a row.
Friday we held a groundbreaking in Charleston for this years home, that's going to be bigger and better than ever.
The nearly 4200 square foot home is located in the Eagle View subdivision in Charleston, boasting breath taking views and the most modern home amenities.
It costs 1.5 million dollars a day for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital to operate.
That money goes to finding life saving cures for very sick children.
It's projects like the dream home that helps give families the most important thing when their child is deathly ill...time.
Tickets are expected to go on sale the 1st of June.
It looks like we will give away the St. Jude Dream Home in mid September .
