There's new trouble for a Charleston lawyer accused of beating a client with a baseball bat.
Joshua Robinson's bond was raised from 25-thousand to 50-thousand dollars Thursday morning after he failed to turn himself in Monday.
Home confinement will also be a condition if he can raise the money.
Robinson is charged with malicious wounding, embezzlement and obstructing police in a struggle with a client over alleged missing money.
Cops also charged him with a felony for failure to appear. A detective says a SWAT team kicked his door in Monday night and found him in bed hours after he said he'd turn himself into Cpl. Keith Peoples.
