It took the SWAT team to get a local lawyer to comply with the court.
Joshua Robinson is accused of beating his former client David Gump, with a baseball bat. The two allegedly got into a scuffle over some missing money back in November of 2009. Robinson plead not guilty in court Monday. While Robinson showed up to court, he didn't show up to post his bond. The judge set the deadline at 4 o'clock Monday, Robinson never made it. Neighbors looked on as police arrested Robinson inside his Lee Street home. They say they could hear police breaking down Robinson's door. Neighbors also say dozens of police cruisers lined Lee Street during the arrest. This isn't Robinson's first run in with the law. He previously plead guilty to a wanton endangerment charge for throwing a propane tank into the window of his wife's car causing her to wreck with their 4 year old son. Robinson is charged with malicious assault, two counts of embezzlement and obstructing. Failing to appear in a felony case is felony in itself, so Robinson could be facing more charges.
