Snow and ice are causing slick travel this morning.

A storm moving through the region has covered roads and bridges with a fresh coating of snow, dumping as much as 2" in some spots by 5am.

Storm Team meteorologist Steve Borecky says the valleys will see a change over to rain by 10am as warmer air moves in from the south; however, the eastern mountains and part of southern Ohio will not see much of a change over.

Later tonight, rain changes back to snow as a strong cold front comes crashing through, and will dump several more inches of new snow overnight and into Wednesday.
