Actor, comedian Andy Dick was arrested at a Huntington bar early Saturday morning.
The 44-year-old is charged with two felony counts of sexual abuse.
According to police, the incident happened at Rum Runners on 3rd Avenue. According to a criminal complaint, he allegedly grabbed two men in the genital area and kissed one of them.
He is in town this weekend performing at the Funny Bone. Club owner, Tom Schaefer, says the shows for Saturday and Sunday will go on as planned.
According to published reports, Dick is currently on probation after a previous arrest in 2008 for sexual battery. During that incident, he allegedly grabbed and pulled down a 17 year old girl's tank-top and bra, exposing her breasts outside a Murrietta, CA Buffalo Wild Wings. Police also found a small amount of marijuana and a single Xanax pill in his pocket that he did not have a prescription to posses.
