Crews made major progress Tuesday to restore electric service crippled by last weekend's snow storm in West Virginia. 220,000 customers lost power during the storm.
But more than 25,000 thousand Appalachian Power customers still remain without power in the wake of the that storm.
One of them was Michael Mullins. His house burned today in Logan County. He says his emergency generator exploded showering his house with flaming gasoline. He's angry the power company didn't do a better job of clearing trees along its right of way.
