At first Justin Smith didn't have much to say as he arrived at magistrate court to turn himself in, but his mother quickly prompted him to apologize for allegedly breaking into a house and stealing more than 3800 dollars worth of stuff.
Smith told police "JT" Summers planned the break in, but he doesn't know where he is, because they're no longer friends. His last known address is Hanshaw Road in Elkview. Police still need your help finding him and one other person.
Charleston Police say Rocco Renaldo was quick to admit he was intending to sell crack cocaine when he was arrested back in 2007, but he never appeared for trial. Police searched Renaldo's room at the Parsley Motor Inn in Charleston back in December of 2007 and found approximately 12 bags of crack cocaine. But now there's no finding Renaldo. He's 6'4" 200 pounds. His last known address is Lewis Street in Charleston.
