Lawyers for a woman who allegedly ran over a man with a van and killed him
says it was an accident not murder.
But they were unable to convince a judge to release Mary Strojia on bond today.
Police allege she killed Robert Richardson in South Charleston last May after an argument over a crack cocaine drug deal.
The judge agreed to delay her trial until January 11th.
Defense lawyers will use that time to have her evaluated by a psychiatrist and to hire their own traffic accident expert
