South Charleston Police are still on the lookout for two shooting suspects.
Police say 30-year-old Michael Ealm was shot early Friday morning during an attempted armed robbery.
Two men tried to rob Ealm in the ally between 9th and 10th Street in South Charleston about 3:00 a.m. One of the robbers shot him in the backside, and he ran to the Overtime Lounge. Someone there called 911 for him.
He was taken to CAMC General has been upgraded from critical to stable condition.
South Charleston police say they are interviewing people who were in the area at the time, and they may have a couple "persons of interest".
